How to Add a Report Chart to a Record Page in Salesforce

Can we add a Custom Reports to it?

How can I display Line Chart in a page layout? My report is of the line chart type, where X is a period, and Y is the project amount, but when I try to display it on the layout, it uses completely different settings. Thank you!
