How to Fix KERNEL32 dll Missing Error

My windows is 32 bit will this work ?

well, i tried downloading from the link 1 my type of windows and bit system doesn't exit anymore (removed) going in the link number 2 what i get is the file, i extract it inside the system32 according to the information on the site, got the same results as before, tried extracting it on syswow64, same results again, tried using methods from the site (opening command prompt and getting to opening it from the command prompt file), get errors which just say that the file wasnt found aka kernel32.dll. Is there any different way i could get the file to work on my pc, i have a cracked windows 7 with a 64 bit os?
