The save on pause menu can be a HUGE savior

In his lockpicking example, those sites are accessible from the other end of the underground cave - go back outside, around to the left, up and around the rock formation. There's a cave entrance that brings you in, and if you fight through the cave you get to the housing area that's on the other side of the door he's picking.

Dude you havent done the ryujin missions. I highly recommend those. I see thru your skills you havent done it. Im not gonna say anything about it. But go do those asap

2 things for running around the planets.
The ability "personal Atmosphere" lets you run even overburdened without loosing O2.

And CO2 build up drops your hp to 1, but will not kill you.

You can toggle walking to the 'normal' jog speed. The walk speed lets your O2 regenerate.

I am sure you know this by now but at the section of the video where you speak about traversing the planet and using your jetpack. Showing how you can boost and hop so much....... it would be important to briefly mention the 3 different types of jetpack (Normal, Power & Skip). I have a power jetpack and it's great to leap up in a single bound but loses its appeal because I long for one that skips or allows me to hop like you in your video..hehe. by the way, the video is awesome, thank you for your work.

While this video did almost nothing for me…it’s also not for me.
This video is for new comers to Bethesda games…and does so much for those new comers. The hours this man spent getting all these little beginner tips together then compiling them in a coherent video…I don’t want to know.
But what an awesome guy for doing so…this helps the community which in turn helps the health of the game.

You can open the map quickly by holding the "start" button.

Bro beefed up to +100kg instead of adding cargo space, extra cargo space on ships is for pussiess. Also if you could lift that much, you should be able to punch with more damage at least or throw objects to damage npc's

If you use your cutter, then level Laser to Level 4, it then comes the most powerful weapon you can own, and you don't bullets. It melts level 30-50 enemies as it burns them and it stacks so basically burns them thus killing them more quickly.

This game is very addicting idk how I’ve managed to put in so many hours but I have and it’s a lot of fun

Constitutions?… contusions??

I got about 4 more tips.

1. there are in fact 3 movement types. Sprinting, which uses oxygen. Running, which doesn't use oxygen, unless you are over encumbered. Then Walking, which uses no oxygen at all. To do the last, simple move the joystick slightly, to about half way. For PC, There should be a Run/Walk Toggle.

2. The Mining laser does not need to be favored, just kept in your inventory. When ever you turn on your scanner, it auto-equips the mining laser then re-equips your last weapon when you turn it off. Even pulling it out if you had it out prior to activating your scanner.

3. If you are so inclined to be a bit of a thief, you can sell/fence all your stolen goods (items with a red mark by them) to the Trade Authority. They are the only ones willing/able to buy them.

4. The trade kiosk isn't the only place you can sell gear/loot/ You can sell to pretty much any merchant in the game. New Atlantis I think has the most, with about three around the space port (two down in The Well) nd a few more around the Residential area.

This game is more complex than I thought; I've been playing it for several days and, honestly...I keep finding more and more. Hell, it looks like you have a whole game even without the quests; this is what I wanted from No Man's Sky when it first released.
I'm tempted to max out base-building, find some beautiful part of the galaxy, and just start building a home. I'll have to look up a tutorial.

Just a heads up... you only use oxygen when over encumbered while auto run is on. Auto run is on by default but, on PC, you can hit CAPS Lock when your oxygen is low, and continue walking while it builds back up. It's slow but faster than stopping, intermittently. It was the same on Fallout. What we see as normal speed is actually running (when auto run is on) and walking is slower but doesn't use O2/AP.

For the master lockpicking door you said you couldn't do without it, there is a cave entrance at the back.

Quick note. You don't have to stop when over encumbered. There's an RP walk function. For me it's caps and you can recover O2 while walking. You can also speed up that walking if you're holding a weapon at the aim rdy, that'll slightly speed up your walk

The Sell to Vendor Price starts at 13% of value. You can bring that up with Commerce and other modifiers (such as the books); Value != Sell Price.
Weapons equipped to companions have infinite ammo provided they have at least one ammo count with that ammo (Unlike Fallout / Skyrim); Additionally, If you equip grenades, they will periodically throw that grenade (unlimited, roughly as often as an enemy capable throwing one at you would throw it) -- no ammo limitation (Unlike Fallout).
Early Game, Save Money on Shielded Cargo by using "The Den" Station Trading Authority salesman in the Wolf System, Galactic East North East of Sol. You may want to invest for smuggling, say, if you join the crimson fleet however.
You can join all the factions (Including the crimson fleet; Ecliptic mercs aren't a fully fledged faction, and spacers' is just a term for unaligned baddies)

Those constitutions are killer
