A year ago I started weights at the gym and got strong but now weaker than before due to pain. I watched your Hypermobility video, are all your videos safe for someone with Hypermobility? I want to do you full body weights for begginers and pilates. Thank yiu :) xx

I just want to say I deeply appreciate your non-judgemental and accessible approach. I've never been in fantastic shape but being sedentary during early COVID lockdown had disastrous effects on my body and I've often felt hopeless, self-conscious, and just plain scared to work out ever since because traditional fitness culture can be very intimidating. I find your videos so helpful and your attitude so encouraging so thank you for sharing your work 💙

ОтветитьI know they say no question is a silly one but some of the ones in this comment section are borderline 😅 use common sense. Obviously u can use whatever weights u feel comfortable with or the ones u have even if they are over 5lbs. And she means a pair 5lbs weights, 10lbs together
