I am feeling so much stronger. i believe i have arthritis in my right elbow. i don't know if i should be going higher in weights or not? loving how I feel, though!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I had a steady workout routine but fell off the wagon into inactivity and overeating hard-core for years. This is a godsend as I dust myself off and begin again. ❤

this was the best workout video i’ve done
i like how you tell us stories or just talk about things during - so my mind doesn’t wander and it has a way of keeping me engaged

Your videos are extremely positive and great for someone like myself. I have Hypermobility and my body keeps flaring up from extreme pain. A year ago I started weights at the gym and got strong but now weaker than before due to pain. I watched your Hypermobility video, are all your videos safe for someone with Hypermobility? I want to do you full body weights for begginers and pilates. Thank yiu :) xx

I am begining my weight training with this workout and 3lb. Weights. Previously used yoga as my main practice but want to build muscle mass and retain strength as I age as now I am 70! Thanks for your wonderful offerings and commitment to all of us. Your attitude is so inspiring

I just want to say I deeply appreciate your non-judgemental and accessible approach. I've never been in fantastic shape but being sedentary during early COVID lockdown had disastrous effects on my body and I've often felt hopeless, self-conscious, and just plain scared to work out ever since because traditional fitness culture can be very intimidating. I find your videos so helpful and your attitude so encouraging so thank you for sharing your work 💙

I know they say no question is a silly one but some of the ones in this comment section are borderline 😅 use common sense. Obviously u can use whatever weights u feel comfortable with or the ones u have even if they are over 5lbs. And she means a pair 5lbs weights, 10lbs together

At 77 my grandson suggested I should do something with weights after two hip replacements.
