The creeper is a human who wAs infected by the parasitic creature on its back its not an aztec thing this is just silly and anyone who has watched the movies knows this isnt the case.

The Creeper is a “Son of Hastur”He was born of a union between Hastur and a human woman. His Mythos parts are incompatible with our spacetime and his human half degrades over time, so he has to eat living tissue to stay alive. He hates humans because they are a constant reminder of his weakness but he needs them to survive.

The story is basically the creeper tying up loose ends

Towards the end of this review I couldn't help but to remember a wild and crazy yet nightmarish tale done by Stephen King. I cannot fully remember the details but it involved a car broken down on the road. I believe it had a teen also playing around an old abandoned diner adjacent to the highway. Long story short of course was that the car itself was a vampire and the younger lad was a witness to its "eating" as every passerby including an officer that the teen couldn't convince to stay away from was consumed. Of course I can look this up but I'm curious about two points. Does anyone recall this short story? Also has much material of Stephen King's made it into graphic novels ? Love the review and I am one of the many who wanted the third film of the Creeper series we were initially led on as fans was going to happen.

No joke….my friend ginelle worked on the first film as costume design. She told me the design aesthetic they were directed to design was supposed to be gargoyle looking.

The third movie also touched on that fact that those consumed stay with the creeper when the son of the old lady came talk to her, and that explains why when the creeper was near on the first and second the souls could contact anyone near with some kind clairvoyance power, even if it was dorment, like Minxie on the second.

i think if they did a better job of letting people know they were realisng jeeper creepers comics i would have bought them lol i had no idea till i seen your video or maybe im really dense and just missed out probably the dense part hahaha great vid btw

Well the real origin is a sex offender was bored them had an idea and made a movie but I suppose this sounds better.

Why couldn't the Third or forth movie 🍿 do this and they found the secret to defeating him but never reveale it

I really wanted to watch this but I cannot stand the person's voice who is narrating it absolutely sounds horrible it's like torture! Probably the worst voice I've ever heard I don't know why they're even narrating this

The Quetzalcoatl thing was incredibly ignorant and stupid. They literally did surface level research on the Aztec Mythology. The comics themselves didn’t even reveal the origin, it just showed the creature has been around a long time which we already knew. -10/10

Is it just me or does the feathered serpent sound a lot like what we know dinosaurs looked like now and wasn’t pottery found in South America showing dinosaurs and humans riding them? Pretty sure our history has been lost and the younger dryas event killed off what was left of land Dino’s and megafauna at the end of the last ice age because of an impact in the northern hemisphere

What makes no sence to me is in JC1 the brother has his eyes cut out and the creeper puts his face behind his head as if hed was going to wear the brothers skin but in every movie the creeper doesnt wear any 1s skin nor really cares about being seen🤔 so whyd they have that in the 1st movie🤔🤔

I always had the idea of the creature was an alien life form that adapts to its environment and the living things it consumes. I always thought it cocooned for decades because it models this from a insect, caterpillar. It's body is bat, reptilian, insect like as well an animal hybrid of sorts. It's physical power as well as intelligence is why it is referred to as a "God".

From my understanding the creeper wakes up every 23 years to replenish his body from decay . I think it’s his curse . I think the only way for him to die is for him to just give up . Stop eating and just starve to death .honestly I thought he might be the first demon but betreyed the devil and got sentence to walk the earth for 23 days but he will sleep for 23 year . Maybe he’s trying to break his curse . What if when he fully healed from being a sleep for so long he would finally be free of his curse . Just a fan theory

I don't believe the creature is immortal. It is in terms of aging since it lives off of body parts and humans. I do believe that it can be killed though and that the people in the comics and movies haven't been attacking the actual creeper itself but just it's exoskeleton. I like the idea of it being just a parasite because it'd make sense. A parasite that feeds off of humans to extend its lifespan
