Why you NEED to install RAM like this!

Just read the motherboard instruction manual...

I just have one question what if i have 4 rams 2 of a fast ram and 2 of a slower one what's the Best way to put it .
I put the 2 fast ones like he said at the start and then the other 2 filling or theres another way to put it ?

dual channels have been there for more than 20 years, still people make mistakes? don't know why they don't continue the quad channels from X79. If they did, people wont make this kind mistake.

What if you have 2 sticks from one company and 2 from another. But exact same specs.

But why aren't the slots right next to eachother the slots for dual channel? Is there some disadvantages to it?

Any slot will do for me

It's a RAM... Of course, you can ram your RAM in any slots if you fill them all

What about filling all slots how does that effect this?

dont forget sometime different ram can cause windows and linux to blue screen if one ram is faster than the other

so if i have two sticks in dual mode 3600mhz i can't add on any faster ram because it's going to be capped at 3600mhz or are the paired slots only limiting the other paired slot

Whats the difference between using the "first" recommended A2 and B2 slots (which are broken on my board)
And the A1 and B1 slots?

I run my ram out of dual channel so they don’t feel like they are forced to work together

remove the sticker from the cpu cooler. u cant believe how many cases i had where i found that stupid REMOVE ME sticker.

If you have two different Rams different types of companies it could be off balance in the chance it could work maybe not but but most likely it will be so off-balance it might be under power you want to get the full benefits

I made a dumber mistake. Built in the fans backwards

On my first PC I was running 2x 4 gig sticks and 1x 8 gig stick. So I was only running three sticks and a GTX 650 from PNY. I later upgraded to like a 760 and my god did it improve my performance.

What will happen if any one use 3 stick of same kind of ram.
