My solder paste did not flow into position, but dried up into a "dry powder" it seems. What did I do wrong? Was the temperature to high maybe?

Nice the work to See but i think you need one air Extraktion because you can get Cancer from the soldering Air. The second after the first soldering you Mast clean the Solder place because the acid in the soldier go in the parts and startet a corosion
there plese clean it with alcohol
