this shows nothing we don't know though. with that much seams, it's gonna create visible texture seams and the islands are not exactly packed together neatly.

How about doing a video on double sided UV maps? I have a clear bottle with a label. I'm seeing the label in the reflections inside the bottle. I want the label to be white on the inside as it should be.

How do I get that checkered texture at the end to check over my model?

I just love Good topology even if I don't need it

Did you modify those UV textures in Gimp or Krita maybe?

& this is why we need good topology
