It was the Gangreen Gang who had been making crank calls to the girls all day, through the Powerpuff Hotline, after tricking the Mayor into leaving his office

I love those times where villains team up to fight people messing with other peoples lives! This scene could've also used some more cartoon sfx to bring it to life!

Cartoon Network think they slick you can tell the gang Green gang is supposed to be Latino trouble making use they thought that if they gave them green skin nobody wasn't going to notice that s***

Imagine if those three were that angry and combative towards the power puff girls they probably would defeat them

It was the moment that the Gangreen Gang have made a grave mistake: Crank Calls the Three Major Villains.

Too bad the girls, the Mayor and the Professor didn't find out the truth.

I am sure that Mojo, Fuzzy and Him explained to the Mayor what happened so the Mayor didn't seem threatened.

Just shows and proves how low on the totem poll the gang green gang is in Townsville

The Gangreen Gang really thought it was a good idea to anger an evil genius primate, a bad-tempered hillbilly, and a demon?

Billy is so dumb revealing their diabolical plan and getting beaten up

To paraphrase another Cartoon Network show:

“Ring-ring! Hello, what’s that? The Gangreen Gang are banned from suing the Powerpuff Hotline? Okay!” ass-kicking “GOOD LUCK MAKING YOUR CRANK CALLS NOW!”

This might be my favorite scene in the whole show.

And almost 4 years later, Comedy Central took crank calling to the next level.

It is cool for once that the villains save the day.

i just realised...mojo shows up with a raygun but doesnt even use it.

The Gangreen Gang OFFICIALLY done goofed when they decided to make Him one of their crank call/swatting victims.
If it wasn't for Him calling Mojo Jojo, and then suggesting they all complain to the Mayor... he, Mojo Jojo and Fuzzy wouldn't have discovered the Gangreen Gang's involvement!😂

The Gangreen Gang found this out the hard way...

Many things I love about this and what it implies.

1. The villains have schedules of when to do evil things, including the devil himself. On their off days they r simply regular citizens

2. Given that they had enough adamant attitude to complain to the mayor, they must all pay taxes and/or like point 1 contribute to the community when they aren’t doing evil.

3. There is some form of trust within them and the Girls given the girls asked them if they were up to evil and they Honeslty answered no and then the girls left them be.

4. Thou they r evil, steal, endanger people, and one is literally the embodiment of pure evil, they all have a degree on what is too far, prank calling seems to be crossing a line. It’s almost like it’s a villains child’s play to make prank calls it’s the lowest type of evil that it’s punishable by discipline.

5. This point is mostly to again remind everyone that the DEVIL himself, partakes in all these points.

Imagine if the phone call scene was in Animaniacs between Skippy Squirrel, Brain the Mouse, and Runt the Dog like this:
Skippy Squirrel: (on the phone) Alright, alright, Runt. I heard you the first time. I know, I know. I--Hold on, Runt. There's somebody on the other line.
Brain the Mouse: (on the phone) Skippy, it's me; the Brain!
Skippy Squirrel: Yes, sir. What is it?
Brain the Mouse: You won't believe what just happened!
Skippy Squirrel: Your sidekick, Pinky, was struck by some ray which alternated his personality from lunatic to intelligent?
Brain the Mouse: What? How did you know?
Skippy Squirrel: The same thing happened to my Aunt Slappy and Runt's friend, Rita, only with different personalities. Runt's on the other line, now.
Brain the Mouse: Well, put him on.
Runt the Dog: (on the phone) Rita has turned into a hooker cat and dating another cat named Furrball!
Brain the Mouse: Right, and what's the story of your Aunt Slappy, Skippy?
Skippy Squirrel: She's turned from grouchy to a kind-hearted, pleasant squirrel.
Brain the Mouse: This is an outrage! I always wished for Pinky to become intelligent, but this is a revolting development! I'm the super intelligent mouse! World domination is my goal, and he's stealing it!
Skippy Squirrel: You're right, Brain. We're all citizens. Animal citizens, but citizens nonetheless.
Runt the Dog: Hooker cat! (sobs)
Brain the Mouse: We must complain!
Skippy Squirrel: But to who?

Mojo, Fuzzy and HIM are the Big 3 villains of the Powerpuff Girls!

You can always count on stupid ol’ big billy to screw up and blow your cover!

I love this episode because I loved the interactions between the villains and how the narrator was confused at the end

These guys deserve it ! For making prank calls
