For the "hand" you could have selected and copied "hand" from original layer and pasted it on edited layer.

i have a simpler solution to erase your Ex... Delete the complete set of pics you have with them...

This concept is a bit silly - If you didn't have an amicable break up then fine you may want to forget them. However the same photo with them erased is kind of ridiculous. If you took this video seriously then maybe Gimp skills are the least of your troubles.

Sir i have downloaded the plugin and when I selected some portion of my image and when I went to heal selection it was showing me select a portion to heal. Please help me🙏🙏

Sir, any way to complete this task w/o the Resynthesizer Plugin (Windows)? A lot of us seem to have an issue w/ our Gimp taking the plugin. Yes tried installing it multiple times from multiple sites you have shown. /Gimp2.10
