MIDI Guitar 2.2.1 - Best plugins 2022

Nordisk Kontrabass sounds great, but unfortunately, I don't have Kontakt. I wonder what you think about the SWAM DOUBLE BASS as an alternative? Especially for jazz-type plucked bass sounds.

Hi I already use a Tiple play pickup for midi and can go from patches to patches with the onboard controller (volume too) But what about Midi guitar 2 ? how can I control patches ..Pedal ?

why I cant use midi guitar 2 the right way? It is missing so many notes when I am playing. Can you make a video how not to miss notes please with midi guitar 2?

I was against adding a MIDI pickup and did not want to buy a guitar just for MIDI. because of your great videos and demos I purchased the Mac and iPad versions of MIDI Guitar 2. I do have a question on why and what string damper I see on your guitars? Thanks!

I would get that instead of the GB version if I can use it with GB and Mainstage too!

Hello ! I've tried and purchased MIDI Guitar 2. I use it with the Logic Pro natives midi plugins. It's awesome but i have to modify my way of playing guitar (as you says in a previous video). Thanks a lot. It's a cheaper alternative to a real MIDI Guitar

Hi. I love your videos. I've been looking for a way to use my guitar to record realistic sounding basslines and this software looks the most promising. 2 quick questions:
(a) If I was going to use an iPad to record in Garageband which version should I use?
(b) do you like the stock basses that come the software?

Hi LoFiLeif... I'm finally considering buying the Tec breath controller. Considering the price difference between the Breath model and the Breath AND Bite model, and due to my finances' limitations, I'm wondering whether it's really worth it for me to get the Breath + Bite model.

Do I get that right the the Bite allows to control a whole other, separate function. So for instance, if the Breath is assigned to the volume of a given synth sound, can the Bite be assigned to the sound of another synth? Or the Breath and Bite can only be assigned to different parameters of a single synth?

As you can see, I'm not that clear about what the Bite can do and whether it's a needed investment for me. The Breath control definitely is. You make it amply clear in all your videos that it adds a great deal to the playing feel of any virtual sound, which is the main thing I'm interested in. To be honest, I'm not too fond of the idea of looking like an alien when using the TEC and playing live, but then, looks are not everything. 🙂

For $100 more you can get Fishman Tripleplay Connect. This bit of software is MASSIVELY overpriced. It's unfortunate. I think there are a lot of kids out there with $30 they can spend who would get a kick out of this.

You are the first person I have seen who makes MIDI guitar actually practical. Once more people realise the possibilities of what can be achieved, I think these videos will become the go-to resource for getting set up. You are a great musician btw. So much emotion coming through in your music.
