Almost always, all of the servers are completely full. There are only pricey servers available. I've had my membership for 20 days but haven't used it much because of those difficulties. If the servers are reachable, I may return to update my comment. But for now, phew... just subscribe to it, and you'll know whether or not what I'm saying is accurate.

Thanks for the video, however the scenes that you rendered are old 3Delight scenes with 3Delight materials and not optimised for Iray - would be great if you could do the same video with an Iray scene with complex lighting or SSS, so that we can really see the power of your service. Would also recommend showing the render size and how long it took to do a certain number of samples.

Also the thumbnail of this video is misleading as one would have expected this to be the test scene used, but doesn't feature at all in this video.
