is controller and worker both running in the dedicated cluster?

Update: since filming there are two options for Runtime Fabric: this video was talking about the "on virtual machines/bare metal" option. There is an option to "bring your own kubernetes" via a hosted k8s which will probably suit those already using a hosted k8s service.
