ОтветитьDon’t ever do kickbacks. Most people don’t pay attention at that pace and just dump the movement into their QL. You’re better off just doing regular step ups. Also stop pushing off your back leg. The only leg that should be working is the front one on the box.

ОтветитьI've tried a number of different step workouts and this one is far and away my favorite - thank you! Only recommendation: we hear you panting throughout the workout - have you considered putting on some background music with the workout?

Do you recommend adding ankle weights for more intensity? Now, that's after I master this without the weights first. And if so, what size as nkle weights would you recommend to start off with? I appreciate that you might not be able to actually recommend a specific unit, but can you please give me the dimensions of the one you're using in this video? Most of the ones I see online have multiple levels, and I'd prefer just the one fixed size. Thanks so much. Your video has definitely inspired me to pursue this line of exercise. I'm 76 years old, so I want a regimen that will be least likely to cause damage. Thanks again. :)

ОтветитьI love this quick but effective step workout! I always come back to it when I feel like doing a quick 10 min fill-in workout or if I feel like just doing a step workout. The moves aren't complicated or too fast paced like some step workouts I've done and I have no problem following along.

ОтветитьI'm pretty heavy and being sedentary for 2 yrs working from home. I rarely move. My weight is up, I have thyroid, diabetes and asthma. I'm basically exercise intolerant. I need to move atleast for 5 minutes every hour. Will you do a kiss intense video for 5 minute workout with the step that won't cause me to drop dead. I will watch and set my alarm for every hour to get to stepping. Please help me get in shape and by shape I mean no longer round. I want to get healthy so I can eventually get outside. Thank you

ОтветитьI just bought one if these step up things because I'm not happy that I've been gaining so much weight im in premenopause and the weight is packing on and plus I have fibromyalgia and it's hard doing certain exercises but I live this workout I'm sweating and feeling good

My arms want to stay still and I forget to breathe.
This is actually my level now, I have to live with it - but only for a short while, because I'm going to do this once a day (it's a great pause when working from home) and soon I'll be "advanced beginner", lol!
Just one point: it would have been easier to follow the step with some rhythmic music in the background. Not to loud, your voice should be heard well!
