One of my closest friends from school is a Finnish-Irish full bilingual, originally from Derry (and definitely not from Londonderry). For the most part he did King's/BBC, but oh my God when he got around to it with his older brother...

The first time around I heard it, I had to ask were they going full Celtic, or something, because I could make neither head nor tail of it. No, no, he assured me, it was just an accent, the way they speak.
