Corel Draw Tips & Tricks Outline around an object

How do you make the outline separate from the object/text? When I make the outline I can't move the outline separately

hi Doug, I found it!! In Corel Draw 2020, you press CTRL+F9 or Menu >> Effects very bottom there's another Contour CTRL+F9 it says on the menu. I've lost all of my hair trying to figure this out in Corel 2020, but anyways, thanks again! Great tips!
