This is gross and anti American. If a white woman said she had to cover her hair you would rescue her from the abusive household. Christianity also recommends headscarf but families are not allowed to impose it.

I have worn a Hijab and a Niqāb in Afghanistan. When I was a Gunner behind 50 Cal with AT4 behind me and my M4 beside me. As well as if I had to go in Homes to make sure the Women were covered and in another room before the Male Soldiers came in for Meetings. Yes, I am an American in the Army but I respected their Culture being as I am a Woman. Also, I kept getting dirty looks by Afghan Men when I wasn't covered and they noticed I was a Female behind a Weapon so I chose to conceal my face. The way they respected her and immediately knew what to do to try to let her cover her hair and put hijab back on shows respect. Granted this Show has a lot of Plots wrong because I'm Prior Fire/EMT. But it still is interesting to watch.

Despite not fully understanding what it means for a Muslim woman, the gesture was totally respectful and gentle
