Excellent.
I just bought a guitar at 71 yrs of age snd found your lesson the best. Thank you.
Yes, yes guitar lessons. I mean all of them are they free? I can’t take them unless they’re free.
ОтветитьWhat is the song this is for?? Please help I want to play along with the track but don’t know what song it is
Ответить🎉I’m inspired LET’s DO THIS!!
ОтветитьDoes the same apply for an electric guitar
ОтветитьFthank you I can finally understand the guarter notes etc I could not understand this before you are a good teacher thank you thank you thank you
Ответитьanother tip i have for making the chords sound good is to cut your fingernails before you play
ОтветитьWhat the heck is the b string pls??
ОтветитьThe temptation to slant the guitar is that if you watch the Nirvana MTV concert and others in the 90 Kurt Cobain had his guitar slanted as same his bassist.
It’s not about rules it’s about fun and playability.
This video is good its has really help me improve onver my strumming and chord switching very easier. He's a good teacher
ОтветитьFinally, good tips. Thank you!
ОтветитьGreat first lesson!❤
ОтветитьVery helpful, thank you!
ОтветитьGuitars teacher of the year, TQ sir
ОтветитьI am going to buy a guitar and start checking off items trips lessons etc…. Off of my bucket list
ОтветитьDo we have to use a pick? I would rather use my thumb, I don't really like using picks.
Ответить❤
Ответить😃👍🥰👏👏👏🤩
ОтветитьI want to play a guitar all my life I'm gonna learn now and I'm gonna practice till I get it right
Ответить👏
ОтветитьThanks for the help
ОтветитьThis isn't music education, it's how to strum a guitar. No staffs with note names for lines and spaces and corresponding notes on the fingerboard? Following a tried and true "Guitar Method" which teaches how to play guitar as a bona fide musical instrument is far superior.
ОтветитьThank you very much for the tutorial it really helps☝️👍
Ответитьthank you Nate, I'm 66 years old and bought a epiphone masterbilt last week, I've had guitars before because it has always been my desire to learn to play, but it never materialized , my wife plays the piano /organ ,, I have no desire playing guitar as a career path, i was beginning to believe that it just wasn't meant to be but after a week of watching your video's , I have again have hopes of being proficient to play for family get togethers and campfire gatherings and especially when all the grandchildren are over for holidays. , you have restored my faith that it is achievable
ОтветитьHow can you find the frets if you can’t see them. Beginner question
ОтветитьI have short fingers and cannot play these chords
ОтветитьBrother went from string numbers to string letters on the second chord. Lost me.
ОтветитьFantastic first lesson just hearing myself play those two chords correctly is so amazing i didnt feel i could i cant stop chuckling to myself and the band America is one of my favourits groups so you can imagin my age. Thank you for my first lesson.
ОтветитьHow long should one practice these 2 chords? 10min a day for a week? Thanks
ОтветитьShouldn't you teach them how to tune your guitar first??
Ответитьthanks for that lesson I just got my first guitar and know absolutely nothing which is intimidating but I love the guitar and always wanted to learn.
ОтветитьThis was great! But what song is it again?
ОтветитьThanks Nate. I’ve tried on and off for a few years and played through the song after practicing for a few days. Maybe it’s my time, who knows. As a beginner, I want to sound great from the start and it is not going to happen. Patience with yourself is key. I am finally understanding that it will take time and practice. Don’t get ahead and don’t overdo it.
ОтветитьHoly shit, it almost sounds like something today.
Ответитьi lasted 12 minutes, all thru the numbers and postures etc until he started naming chords with letters and not explaining at all why that string and fret is an E or D or A etc , totally lost me, skipped an important stage, and went fast forward i to utter bewilderment for a complete beginner. this is the kind of thing that makes me give up every time. total frustrating disappointing head fuck.
Ответитьwhy is everyone so old
ОтветитьGreat teacher !
ОтветитьNate, where is the track?
ОтветитьHi, would you please post a video on moving curling fingers. Thank you.
ОтветитьTer stegen 🧐
ОтветитьReally bad
ОтветитьThe world seems a better place when I encounter someone like you. Thank you.
Ответитьi always love it btw?
ОтветитьHonestly can’t thank you enough, thanks so much.
ОтветитьGreat clear lesson/ thanks so much🌟😁
ОтветитьSo here it is almost exactly two years since I strummed a guitar for the first time. Somehow, I found this video right away. If it hadn't been for the fact that I learned I could play a song with only two chords, I may have given up two years ago instead of sticking with it.
This was really a life-changing lesson. I can play barre chords now, awkwardly, but at least without the buzz. They ring true. I can play along with more songs all the time. I'm at the point where I can play a few triads up and down the fretboard. It's so amazing when you're no longer limited to playing open chords on the first three frets. This has been an incredibly awesome journey, and it started here with this video. <3
Brilliant teaching. I am a professional drummer that has stopped playing. I needed to pick up another instrument so this tuition in learning how to really play guitar helped me immensely. Thank you sir!
