Exercise at least 20 - 30 mins everyday. Using natural shampoo, neem wood comb, massager for scalp by Littleextra Cooconion two times a week. This is good to control hair fall.

I feel like using different kinds of oils on your scalp an using hair masks are a waste of time I think the thing you need is a good shampoo an conditioner that works really well for you're scalp an hair an to do scalp massages cut off any split ends an have patience also

hey guys! i did this little bit different since im lazy to wash my hair everyday.I mixed coconut oil with peppermint oil and applied it to my hair. Its been 2 days i definitely see growth. 1 cm. Im exited to see what happens till the end of the week.

I told my hairdresser „I want it like 4 cm underneath my jaw“ I’m Ukrainian though, and my German is really bad so I said OVER instead of UNDER. Now I’m here with my square face looking like Dora the FUCKING explorer.
