I have arrived at the same conclusion, but it still boils down to picking the right product niche and products and driving traffic to your store. Those are the hard things.

If Amazon is going to ban you for every little thing, even if you're doing $1 million for them, they don't deserve your business, not at all. This video could be 2 minutes long if you just said sell your own products on your own web site. The others aren't worth the effort if someone can just arbitrarily shut you down.

Yor're that friend that tells you what you NEED to hear, even though it might not always be what you want to hear. But at the end of the day, you appreciate the truth. Thanks for laying out the facts , your video has answered alot of my questions & also helped explain some of my previous failures.

This video is well out of date, or at least things are a lot tougher in the UK. I've set up a good number of wholesale and distributor accounts now, and I'd say 50% of the stock is cheaper on Amazon, 45%is either the same or only with a little profit, 4% has a profit of about 20-30% ROI (but only about 15% profit margin) and very rarely I'll find a product better than that but its usually already out of stock.
