Looks like some Light Weight Aggregate would work just as well? Paper? Corn Cobs? Rice Husk? Cotton? Looks like those Materials would all be better than Foam?

Sure pulled that block out of the water quick once those bubbles started pouring out. That block was about to absorb half that barrel of water and turn to mush.

This is why no one does this.

wondering how long it takes for water to intrude into the inside air cavities? also, does it break down in water? could this be a nice boat hull core? considering that an engineer could pour this into a boat hull mold lined with fiberglass, then allowed to cure, then fiber glassed over it.. to make a sandwitch of fiberglass - concrete foam - fiberglass. it would be near impossible for water intrusion.

Hello, where can I get the material for the foam because I can't find it on the internet, can you help?

I’m not too familiar with these stuff nor sure where it even came from. Idea is great. But if this thing is from China, I suggest to stay away from it. Have you seen what’s happening over at China lately? If you haven’t, they have a lot of construction buildings that collapsed calling it “tofu” cements. The damn, high rise buildings, roadways etc….
