What if you can’t roll the pipe cause it’s welded in place. Maybe show that one
I’m a 4th year apprentice plumber. I had to cut 2 6” carbon steel with acetylene torch. I cut the beveled freehand and cleaned it up with a grinder.
Cutting the bevel reduced the time needed to grind a clean bevel, but this is clean! I’ll have to try this next time!
Use a power roller do a masterful job!
Susah mat nak buat HAHAHAHA
I won't lie to kick that horrible.
Always cut going up hill do the start stop by kicking it up on the drop side and feather back in when starting again
Well ain't you special...any 2nd year apprentice is required to be able to do this..
Awesome!
I'll be better if you put the torch tip straight on the line and cut forward at the same angle as if you were cutting with a bevel machine you'll have a cleaner and straight cut . Nice job man
Can’t stand a mfr that drags the file.
Ay que echarle más ganitas
Skill!
I guess this is an old school torch hand style, as a Pipefitter I would just cut it with a bandsaw, or cutting disk, and then bevel it with a grinder. He is still going to have to clean it up with a grinder anyway to prep it to fit up and weld it out.
What did you set your oxy/acel at?
Good jop
Was beveling 18" fixed position today about 1 ft off the ground. Looked about that good maybe a little worse. Helps to have your support hand right near the torch head. Good shit tho, beveling pipe in any position aint no spring breeze
Someone needs to find that fire breathing beaver and put it out of its misery.
Glad I don't have to weld that shit
Ответить👍🏾👍🏾not bad grind a smooth landing and its a go once u tack that sucker cool free hand job
What are the advantages of cutting a bevel? I used to be a demo laborer and I would just cut straight in
Ответитьtoo fast bro ..u need slowly when cutter.. smooth can be better bevel ..

Looks like a shark took a bite out of the pipe
Welding boss said if u dont look busy u can get ur ass on the unemployment line... someone show these guys what a bevel machine is...
Good job bravo
No está mal para un novato
Métele escuadra haber si quedo escuadrado el corte 🤔
Cool. But I get paid by the hour. I like everything to be exact.
Tack it. Weld it. On to the next one.
I mean I've only started cutting with the oxy acetylene torch but I've already gotten decent enough to bevel. Maybe not professional but I'd say pretty good but I've never tried beveling a pipe. Loved to try.
Sick fucking NASTY🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘GET THAT SHIT!!!
Ответитьturpijom turpijas
Pierce of shit cut come to me que learnyou how to cut
Nice job! Clearly you've done this before.
Ответитьwhat are the actual benefits of cutting with gas instead than with a grinder? Thick material ,yes, but if the material is thin? I dont see benefits.
Not good cuting
Ответитьslick
