It would be really cool to see that be added but it would need to be added in a different way like dying cause having heavy metal on your wings would make you unable to fly in my opinion

I like the idea of weapon trims, you can design your swords, pickaxes,etc. that would look so dope

Mojang should make it where you can put Elytra on your chestplate
So you can fly fully armored
And customize your Elytra and chestplate separately for a unique style
