San Pedro, Belize | Flight From Belize City, Secret Beach & Island Life!

Glad to see you enjoyed San Padro and Secret Beach area
We have a house that was recently finished right there. Couple notes for next time on the island that will help. Go for a longer stay, meet the people, you can stay at Secret Beach which is magical at sunset. Plus you can enjoy more of the beach bar restaurants , which a couple stay open till around 8. The main reason they don’t stay open late, is everything is off grid here , so lights and power is from solar or generators (gas is expensive) . The bonus of sleeping there is how peaceful it is in the morning. Highly recommend an early morning swim, no one is around till about 10.

they give you clear instructions for locking your cart because the agreement you signed says that if it gets stolen while unlocked, you are paying for it.

Anyways you take it, secret beach is the best beach on the island. No sea grass
