After Effects Scripting Tutorial: Audio to Markers

Hello, I have markers in the audio, inside the mp3, Do you know how to read it and watch it in the after effects? Cause I create a song in FL Studio, I putted markers there, and i'd like to export them to AE. :S thanks.

Dumb question, but how do you get such good sound quality with the mic so far away? (I use a rode NT1 so maybe your mic is just better haha)
