Wouldn't there also be jaundice because the urea isn't being eliminated?

Ive recently discovered that creatinine can be elevated in patients who are more muscular. Another lab value that can be used to calculate eGFR is the Cystatin C lab. I’ve seen eGFR of 55 with creatinine- but 90 with Cys-C it was wild. Though I’m not sure that’s in the exam
