How To Make SMOOTH Movements In Stop-Motion Animation (Stop Motion Studio Pro)

so since a lot of you guys are asking I use stop motion studio pro at 12 FPS and filmora 12 for editing:)

I never thought about taking multiple pics of the minifigs in the same spot without moving them. Should I start doing that? I always have them moving and only take one pic of each movement
