The internal culture is self defeating, competition is internally focused versus competitor focused.
The company is the leading innovator in woke madness, far worse than Bud Light but somehow they always manage to dodge the boycott! They’re too many toxic liberal feminist managers at P&G who use their network to fire men who raise the bar, men they cannot complete with. The toxic liberal feminist’s created “Toxic Masculinity” as a tool and weaponized it against men they are not able to complete with or smart enough to manage. Intelligent men who get frustrated under incompetent, liberal feminists receive the label, toxic masculinity. Liberal lies, childish name calling, slander and frame jobs are considered normal at P&G. This is the internal culture that started about two decades ago, long before going public with their Toxic Gillette and Like a Girl feminist smear campaigns against good men. They’ve been unethically firing the smartest, most valuable and successful men at P&G for more than two decades. The impact of these cruel attacks is lack luster innovation and total devastation of the stock! A stock that used to split every 5 to 7 years has flatlined with no splits in over 20 years! Countess brands and acquisitions have failed, a direct result of feminist managers who are unqualified but in control because of their gender! It’s a bad business hiding behind good deeds that they write off on their taxes! Such a pity and so far no light at the end of the tunnel!
