This advert was absoloutely not shot on this piece of shit. One more observation, the guy playing the "car game" is doing so with his keyboard and a track ball!?!?!?! I mean who the hell makes this stuff up?!

How is this better than a modern cell phone?

was it really hard to just find a normal person to play a game? he's holding S while playing a driving game and on a tracking ball mouse. Such lazy advertisement, immediately gonna offput the gaming market

the idea is very good but this is what this camera needs: a slightly larger sensor, 4k 60fps ( maybe 6k oversampling? ) better stabilisation and without a crop, optical zoom, and.. and that's it actually. if they release something like that, then i would buy it straight away, even if it costs twice the amount of the v10

My only problem with this is the battery life is not good and you have to keep charging it as you can't remove the battery

If the V10 could do something, that the smartphone can't do, it would be a different matter. But it can't.

Hard pass Canon. Come on your taking your users for granted. It's like you dug this camera out of a attic that's been sitting since 1998. Way over priced. Better options for the money.

nooooonn, elle aurait été vraiment parfaite..mais vraiment... mais dommage pour l'autonomie en 4K 30ips... je cherche tant bien que mal une "mini" caméra qui sache filmer dans les conditions de très très basse lumière durant +- 170 minutes. (dj, discothèque etc..), j'ai une DJI Action 2 mais tellement déçu de la qualité de la vidéo en basse lumière a cause du trop petit capteur et définition.
Ici elle aurait prit quelques centimètres de haut (un peu de poids) pour avoir une batterie pouvant aller a +- 170 minutes non stop en 4K j'aurais directement pris une...
Mais non 55 Minutes c'est trop peu pour mes besoins...vraiment dommage.

GO PRO 11 MUCH BETTER. THE V10 has bad Image stabiization and bad audio. Why not use your phone?

Canon , u should release a compact camera with altleast 1 inch sensor and hdr processing like smartphone then only ppl will buy...where the traditional camera fails is only in hdr capabilities and ai processing......

The video quality is not at par. You can see that when it switches to the videos that say shot in powershot. Those videos are like the cellphone videos

Interesting Product but what in the world happened with the production of this video? Terrible sound mixing and the bad "Actors" speak a very bad English…had to turn on the subtitles to understand what they are saying. There are product reviewers that make way much better videos then this for a fraction of what this have cost.

Awesome! Canon's quality is unquestionably good. But with this one, we won't require a tripod and an expensive microphone. That's a plus! Waiting for it to come to India.
