The change from when I was playing is most of these are so sneaky, we just got stuck in and every game would have a few punch ups but cheap shots were rare because everyone knew retribution would be swift and savage. Self refereeing was much more effective than the limp wristed pap we see now.

Rugby sports is like a battle between two Tank battalions it ruff sports but entertaining who ever play need to be physically strong and fast .
