I also trying my best to produce organic food. Its hard to fight with other farm that have better yield due to apllying chemical pesticide. Its a challenge. Big one to hold my ground to not using chemical on my farm and hopefully it can be done.

That's God's desire for His children. As a Seventh day Adventist Christian we strive towards that goal aswell

The problem with the green harvester is the market - as soon as the Chinese will copy the technology and as soon as it will be more wide spread ...the price of baby leaf salad will go down... Just as in any other business. So maybe, you better don't want to base your business model on this kind of techy innovation when creating a market garden farm. (I love it but .. the life cycle of the green harvester is not endless ..)

I also think that a healthy society is based on healthy individuals!
Unfortunately here in Hungary, most people are unconscious about the quality of the food they eat and they underestimate the daily vitamin and micronutrient intake. It's wonderful to see that in Croatia there are organic farms like this, with an astonishing goal to create better living standards for a healthier society. I share this goal, and I want to do the same here in Hungary because the situation here is quite disappointing.
