ОтветитьIsn’t a crush grip plate curl just a hammer curl with plates? What’s the benefit with plates as opposed to db’s apart from the shoulders sitting forward? Looks like it would take focus off the biceps instead of just doing a hammer curl. Always loved behind the back cable curls tho.

ОтветитьThis is ok if you want variation but just stick to barbell curl, hammer db curl, and preacher curls. That’s all you really need.

ОтветитьThis dude has a great "Mind Muscle connection" and describes it pretty well, and while there is no exact way to do things, I WILL say that for Optimal short head gains (with your elbows in front of your body, like the preacher curl)
Curve your pinky upward on the way up and your arm will naturally take a curved path to the top,
Where your palm is facing outward and your pinky looks as if it would touch your side delt if it could go further up...
This is how I widened my left bicep in 3 weeks to correct a major muscle Imbalance, as well as locking out at the bottom !
