Hello again Richard. I have one more question. I watched your video over 20 times and finally was able to make things work. However, I need to be able to see the other routers from my main router. Have your done the second video allowing access to the other routers from the main router?

How do you get DHCP on the two other routers?

Hi, this is great. can you have three private networks by using four routers and just follow the same process with the 4th router that you used for routers 2 and 3? thank you.

Richard I’m not sure you still monitor this but I’ll ask… with your 3 routers and modem you are connecting 2 routers to the Linksys router, why not connect all 3 routers to your modem?

Reason I ask is that I have Centurylink modem/ router and if I connected 2 routers to them would be the same if connected properly, correct? I’m almost 70 and this doesn’t come easy but I’m learning with your help thanks

I understand the security risks, but could you show how do a static route or how to share a media server on router B and router A can access it via Router A wifi, really like you videos and subscribed. Thanks

Hi Richard! I did this using only two routers as opposed to three and all the settings are right. My second router says it is connected to the internet but non of the devices on its network show internet access. What do you suggest?

Hey Richard. Any idea if there's any way to link a TP-Link wifi router to an Airport Extreme (or any other airport router after all) via WIFI? Usually, the function is called WDS. But Apple being Apple, doesn't seem to support that. Or at least not in the usual way.
I know you can do it with another Airport Extreme, and you can connect and AirPort Extreme to another non-Apple router via a UTP cable. But that's not ideal, since I don't have a cable that long, and also, I don't have another Apple Extreme. So, is there any way I can make these two talk to each other via WiFi?

Can we have access to the admin page of the other two routers if we are connected to the main router via wifi? It seems we will only have access to the admin page of the main router when we are connected to the secondary private networks.

Fantastic video! I'm surprised a manufacturer hasn't seen this market and created a router with two networks (excluding the 2.5, 5 GHz). I'm about to venture down this path and I'm curious - what router manufacturer is easiest (best, simple UI?) for the inexperienced network creator?

Thanks a lot Richard, what a great, detailed and enjoyable guide ! Now I have separated my work and home networks with three cheap routers. I have two questions: From one of the subnetworks (home), how can I set up NAT to open specific ports ? I've found that nothing works even if I setup the NAT in the correspondent network's router. The other question is... Now that I have separated networks 192.168.2.x and 192.168.3.x, how can I share a folder from a computer in the first network, to be available from the second network ? (and also enable a way to view the computer with rdp from the other network)... Is there a way to create a route between networks to make that 'restricted' communication ? Thanks again
