Their customer service is useless and they have a slot machine feature. They call themselves the People’s exchange But when it comes to people that really don’t have much of a clue. It does have some great features I agree Paul but I closed my account eventually because I got tired of the bullshit.

I love KuCoin exchange i get many coins from them, i also have their tokens.

kucoin are scammers ladies and gentlemen, cause when you keep your funds in kucoin for long suddenly they disappear, and when you ask kucoin they never respond to such alllegations, avoid kucoin please at all cost, trading futures in kucoin is even much riskier. Watch out for Kucoin!! They tend to put services in “maintenance” without any notice to customers. For example, if you deposit ADA right now, your deposit will never arrive to Kucoin and the reason they give you is that the node is is maintenance. Me and many other customers have ADA stuck in the cloud for weeks now, with no way to recover it but to wait Kucoin restores de service. Check Reddit foe more info about this. I personally cannot trust an exchange that does this. So I’m moving all my assets to other exchanges.

Great video! I believe Kucoin is a good exchange and you can find a lot of new gem from there. But I don't use Kucoin because of the deposit fee. I use and like Binance because you can deposit into Binance account in a few second vice versa withdrawal.
