This event changed my life....: I had undergone an operation where they had to remove a part of my intestine. During the operation, a small vessel was nicked and I started a very, very slow bleed. No one knew-including the surgeon. I was sent home to recuperate and about 11 days after I collapsed on the floor in my house, lost consciousness for about 5 minutes. My sister saw this and ran over. and she saw me go into convulsions and my eyes roll back in my head. She leaned over me and said "In Jesus' Name, help my sister." Upon that prayer, I woke up and was quite lucid, asking was happened...the ambulance then took me to the hospital. They soon determined that I was in the last stages of shock and might die. They told my family to say what they needed to say before I was placed on a helicopter to a larger hospital 150 miles away. I went right into surgery when I got there. It was 3am. The first surgery did not work and I was still bleeding. The second surgery also didn't work. I was scheduled for a 3rd surgery and was super depressed and scared. I was told that I had many people praying for me at home and that they were gathering at 7pm that night. Almost exactly at 7pm, I had the feeling that the bleeding had stopped completely. I had a blood draw and found my blood levels were indeed rising on their own (no transfusions). I thank the Lord all the time for his healing me. PRAISE AND GLORY TO OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST!
