How to connect Seatruck modules in Subnautica

Bro I had spent 3 hours trying to back into it

IT’S THAT EASY? I hate this game, atleast have a button to press to connect while inside, i tried to back into the module, and then i tried crashing into it, and it broke, 30 mins wasted because the devs are stupid.

Ugh..... this is one of the reasons why Subzero is worse than the original. If there is a "disconnect module" button then why isnt there an autopilot module connect button????? Like they wouldnt have the tech to do that?! GAAAAAAAA!!!!

Backing in worked the first time; the second time, it just exploded without warning. The resources I just spent like 30 minutes gathering, gone. Nothing in the game indicated that that would happen, or telling me what I should do instead. Hadn't saved in an hour. Have to remember to save constantly and force quit if necessary. Still mad about it. I love these games, but sometimes I feel like they're downright disrespectful of my time.
