My doctor prescribed me hydroxyzine i had to take three tablets a day in start with 8 hours difference but it was quite hard for me since bevome tired. So i switched to tablets a day but yhe only thing thats bothering me is that what if it makes me put on some weight i seriously dont wanna gain weight pkz give me some suggestions that would help me in controlling an losing weight while being on hydrroxyzine .

It blows me away when I here people on over 100mg per day. I would not be able to drive lmao id be so tired.
