I did the first one a ruin, I burned the potatoes when I wanted to move into the oven the eggs broke in the pan. I think the problem was the oil I should have used more oil to fry them

I’ve learnt so much from your site, especially your sausage roll recipe. I’m a sausage roll lover from way back.

But I’ve also learnt a lot from that recipe to help me crack a Chinese recipe I’ve been trying to get right for years: steamed minced pork with salted duck eggs. Hard to believe but I have. It also helped me with a stuffed pepper recipe. Tomorrow I’m going to do a meat loaf.

All being helped from some simple basic tips in your sausage roll recipe. It might seem incredible but it’s true.
