A lot of my muscles have become more inactive due to my profession. I want to feel normal again. I'm in pain and ready to fix it for good.

ОтветитьAwaken is a first step, you need to strengthen them and also add some "meat" to equal balance between front and back, specially if you have bad posture by years. Crucial is to open hips, get a good stretch and build strong core...simply almost everything...and changes need to go step by step in every of those fields.

ОтветитьI used to be so good at squating and had such good shape glutes (brag) but now I'm struggling with lower back pain and pancake ass. I have a desk job for the past 2 years. And I didn't even know my ass falling asleep was the reason for this! I thought I lost my form or something. This is exactly what I needed and I'm glad It showed up on my FYP

I was wondering why back/glute bridges felt too easy to do and I never felt my glutes doing the work and getting tired so I just kept doing them until my quads were tired instead, well now I know it's because my glutes weren't activating at all!! thanks!
