I loved the pacing of this workout. Not much rest between sets, slower reps. Perfect for heavier weights and to keep good form. Nice complete arm workout!

I had to dramatically drop pounds today in my weights! I definitely could not go to my 25 and 30 lbs today....It was very humbling. Muscle fatigue in the first block! This is a challenge! ❤

I have DR and started with 7.5 lbs which is what I've worked up to, but had to switch to 5 lbs on the second one where we lift our arms towards our back while bent over (fly? not great with the names). Wishing I had switched by to my 7.5lb after that to finish it out, but even with my 5lbs I'm so dead and it feels so good! Loving all the workouts from NML.

ОтветитьMan, I LOVE your workouts and do them several times a week....this particular workout is very FAST-PACED! I think maybe I need to drop to lower weights on some sets as I find myself a few steps behind (getting set up and catching a quick breath!), but great workout!

ОтветитьWhile I would have loved this workout pre-pregnancy, doing this at 27 weeks put so much pressure on my abs and stomach. Additionally, the pace, especially when moving between movements from my back, felt very rushed.

ОтветитьI love that these are online. I'm a year postpartum and need longer breaks sometimes. It's as easy as hitting pause until I can catch my breath. Lindsey, your workouts are amazing!

ОтветитьWowzer! I rate this one of the toughest workouts for me. I knew 3kg weights would have been to easy so went with the next size up I had. 🥵 reached failure in every circuit. Struggling to hold my phone right now 😂. Thanks for kicking my butt! Xx
