The black and white Rome episode from No Reservations was so much better. In fact, the reason HBO pulled this episode from streaming was because people hated Asia Argento so much and they started threatening her. Like other people have said, she's a piece of work, and not in a good way. She even managed to freak out Abel Ferrara. RIP Tony

Well, Tony Bourdain..what can I say. He couldn't complain about his upbringing or his mother, although his two wives much were like his mom. He did the hard yards before reaching 'fame and fortune' But why did he top himself? Like Nick Romano in 'Knock on Any Door' the die young and have good looking corpse seemed to be his go! Well, he disappointed all of his fans. He left his mark. That's for sure. But...everybody has their problems...Me? EST, months in hospitals...it was a c**nt act! I could tell by his taste in music..And the torture test at the gym...he was a failure in the end

I really dont understand why this man fell for her. IMO Tony was a damaged person so of course he was attracted to a giant pile of hot shit like Asia. Nothing about her vibe seems positive. Her kids are cute and that seems to be the only redeeming factor about her. Something about her aurora is dark and evil.

Asia is just a female version of Anthony. She is fascinating. He was setting himself up dating someone he couldn't truly have. It's not Asia's fault. She's just the embodiment of everything that's going on inside his mind.

I watched every show, he talked like a severely lost sad angry man. Sorry it happened this way Tony! And as you with the friend with the accent would say" why Tony why"?

Asia. . . oh my goodness; she's not responsible for Tony's actions but stepping out on Tony was a bad thing thing to do--a photographer sent Anthony Bourdain photos of his girlfriend, Asia Argento, out dancing a much younger man (Hugo Clémrnt) and later that morning, Anthony Bourdain called Asia and hanged himself shortly after in his hotel room. Asia was 20 or so years Tony's junior; it would be a difficult relationship to maintain under "normal" or ordinary circumstances. 🫂 ❤ 😔.

Asia Argento should be removed from this.

Loved this man. It makes me sad to know that he hated his fans and his job at the end of his life. Remember not to idolize or too greatly envy those we think have it all.

This episode hurts me. Seeing that god awful women Asia Argento you can feel the mean spirited darkness flowing out of her. For all of Tony’s bluster, he was a sensitive soul, maybe always on a precipice and her darkness pushed him over that edge.
