I think it would have been appropriate for The River producers to have put a warning sign at the beginning of the Episode that it may trigger people who have been sexually violated in the past. Giving the number at the end of the Episode after being triggered is not quite useful. Sensitivity and sensibility at all times is always good. I'm sure there are thousands of women who have been triggered who are suffering as we speak.
