Thanks brother 🙏🏼❤️
ОтветитьMy legs are tingling ❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьThanks!
Ответитьi am wondering why everyone wants to increase NO: NO inhibits mitochondrial respiration via: (A) an acute and reversible inhibition of cytochrome oxidase by NO in competition with O2, and (B) irreversible inhibition of multiple sites by reactive nitrogen species!!!! You destroy your mitochondria with it
ОтветитьCool👍
ОтветитьNOT MANY PEOPLE KNOW,ABOUT THIS SECRET,,
ОтветитьFor the first time , in my life I heard about this magical exercise ,,IM 80 I live in A ,

Thank you,

ОтветитьHello, I was wondering...I do With Hoff method and I breath in through the nose and out through my mouth. I wanted to ask you if you think it is too much nitric oxide in a short period of time? I do 3 rounds... any thoughts on that would be greatly appreciate it!
ОтветитьAlso known as Snoring
ОтветитьThanks! Just what I needed!
Ответитьwhy this video is too long?
ОтветитьDon't hold your breath! Holding your breath leads to high blood pressure and increase sympathetic arousal.
Breath holding is already a problem because people hold their breath when they are looking at computer screens. Breathe holding on purpose will just exacerbate the problem.
Hvala!
ОтветитьCool man, good vibes, peace be with you.
ОтветитьWhy doesn't the clip show him actually doing the breathing? They hid it, we only hear the voice. Is he embarrased or something.
Also in the original Bramhari Pranayama you 're suppossd to close your eyes and ears. But I am sure this method is effective too
No wander my 1st martial art class 13yrs old was breathing. Similar.
ОтветитьThe exhale is not long enough for me...If I want to completely exhale until I need to breathe in then I need to exhale for approx 10 seconds. Is that ok? Not sure what I am doing wrong!
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьMaybe i missed answer to my Q. while not reading all comments, but I would like to ask: 1. I have difficulty to keep the rhytm/count seconds without hearing/visual aid (timer). Is there still any benefit while doing this excersise just intuitivly? 2. If I feel comfortable to breath-out (+humming) much longer than 6seconds, does it mean I am doing some mistake (breathin in too much air) so I should stick to 6 second (maximum 10-14s or more is still beneficial or not?)? Same with holding breath in, can it be longer if still comfortable? In theory while breathing out+humming LONGER I should be able to produce even more NO.. So could I simply focus on exhaling+humming longer (as much as comfortable) than inhaling, hold breath just long as comfortable for similiar benefits or do I need to stick to 4-6-4-2 as close as possible? Maybe I am totally wrong therefore happy to hear a professional answer to my possibly "naive questions"
ОтветитьFrom now on I'm a hummer
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьHmmmm Does humming for say 16 seconds easily with no effort have any benefit or not? does pitch have anything as well?
ОтветитьMaybe yogis and zen Buddhist’s were on to something as they have certain practices in meditation where you hum? 🧐
ОтветитьFantastic!

ОтветитьWhat is the proof that N.O. increases by 1500%??
I've heard it was 15% increase
Thanks!
ОтветитьI can only hear consonants
ОтветитьDoes the pitch of the humming matter? If so, which is ideal?
Ответить🤗👍🙏
ОтветитьThat was great!
ОтветитьThank you for your knowledge.
ОтветитьI have a bit of a chest infection, and I found that the breathing not too well. Lungs taking a bit of strain.
ОтветитьTry humming on the inhale, like a cat...
Ответить4-4-6-2 breathe in- hold-breathe out- hold
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьThanks! Humming works great for me :)
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьThank you.
ОтветитьNice when you talk while I'm humming..not. Can't hear you through the humming...
ОтветитьI put this video on first thing every single morning...thank you for guiding me through this breathing/humming exercise...it has really helped...
ОтветитьThank you. 🙏🏽
ОтветитьDanke!
ОтветитьI have tried this and it seems to work. Naive question. What I don’t understand fully is how humming when you breath out boosts nitric oxide in the body. Is simply that it boosts nitric oxide on the next intake of breath, hence the breath holding?
