I like offer free shipping if they subscript to 12 months w monthly payments) but on 6 months and ongoing I like to use the flat rate... Is that possible?

Any idea why this is happening?

Hi Simon, We only want to offer free shipping on some of our subscriptions. E.g. subscriptions under the value of $70 we still want to charge shipping. Will this plugin work for that situation too?
