I was on week 4 when I had my period. I tried to do it during my period but it was too difficult for me. When i picked up where i left, i felt like my endurance decreased. Does anyone have any trick? Should I do week 2 or week 3 workout during my period instead?

What a great workout. For some reason, it felt way easier than week 4 haha.

Edit: Did week 5 day 3 ended the last run at 6mph, can't believe I did it!

I think I’m just now getting that runners high I always hear about!
Small bursts of energy where I go into hyper focus. I don’t even feel the speed or the distance or time or anything I love it!!

That 20 min at the end of the week is rough to think about but here we go!
