Good gas prices finally go down
Ответить*Moves to Frisco.
ОтветитьFor some reason this video has no sound on.
ОтветитьMost populated cities are New York, LA, Chicago and Houston. Not Dallas you can just add the population of the neighboring city to your statistics. They are two completely different counties.
ОтветитьLol Houston is more populated than Dallas.
ОтветитьDallas sux
ОтветитьThis ain’t Dallas and you ain’t Sue Ellen.😆
But seriously, this is the PC answer to why people are moving to the suburbs.
Well, I have friends that live in Chicago and are planning move to Dallas, Texas
ОтветитьHeading back to california
ОтветитьFort Worth is so much better than Dallas
ОтветитьCar theft is a huge problem in Dallas!! That has not come down..
ОтветитьRelocating to texas myself and focused on the outer burbs and areas within the triangle of dallas/ft. worth, houston, and san antonio.
Seeing lots of potential similar to the triangle in NC where i'm from.
My husband is originally from Beaumont, TX and I'm originally from New Orleans, La. He relocated to DFW back in 1998 and I relocated to DFW back in 2005. We met in 2012...in Dallas.
Long story short...we left DFW in May 2023 because we wanted land, and we found it at a reasonable price here in Beaumont. There's no way we could find these prices in DFW for what we got here in Beaumont!!!
Dallas got racist black people and the borders of Texas got racist white people😂
ОтветитьThe Cowboys can't win playoff games is one reason people leave haha.
ОтветитьWe moved out of Ft Worth because of the illegals , high taxes , left wing democrats moving there , and crime is getting worst .
ОтветитьToo many condensed housing complexes that will be the future projects. The city of Dallas is ruined. Too many move here and bring there disgusting political policies with them.
ОтветитьThere is a wave of gentrification in older south of Dallas neighborhoods.
ОтветитьWell must people are leaving Dallas because the migrants are taking over Texas. Big Facts 😴😴😴😴
So just tell the truth and stop lying to the viewers.
Vote Republican 🔴🇺🇸
ОтветитьNow democrats are destroying Texas.
ОтветитьGreat video. I have been on the fence about where to move in Texas. Was considering Houston, but Dallas seems like a better fit. SIDENOTE: Had to check the video date when you said the Cowboys were doing good. 😂😂😂
ОтветитьI’m glad I left Texas..Tornado sirens everywhere, hailing damaged so many cars, mosquitoes like crazy, everyone is moving there like Everybody.
Ответитьnice video 🙏. I bought a house in WPB instead; from the political migration in 2021. I love the place. We do have similar issues with taxes raised and insurance jacked up after purchased. Yet, it’s worthy for peace of mind! take advantage of low income tax to compensate for the property taxes! It’s nice to know about Dallas and its suburban areas!
ОтветитьBro the schools are trash anywhere in the country. Don’t live your life around trashed government schools . Brainwash factory. Federal checks weekly teachers are paid by the union .
These are corrupt distrusting shit traps
Great video buddy ! Live in San Antonio and currently looking myself in the Timberwood , Helotes , Stone Oak suburbs of San Antonio myself . I’ve lived in San Antonio all my life but my values and just having new construction has really open my eyes to the positives of new construction/ suburbs .
ОтветитьAs a Dallas suburb resident, wish I saw this excellent presentation 31 years ago.
ОтветитьCongratulations
ОтветитьCongratulations!!! Out of that hot sweltering concrete jungle!!! So grateful I finally got out… north and 4 seasons is my cup of tea. Loved going to school at UT Austin… Dallas is another thing entirely. Many people love it… if u love super hot and humid weather… that’s a plus.
ОтветитьDallas traffic alone is reason to move.
ОтветитьWould like to relocate Up north as well, sounds like buying is a better option than renting , What are the deals for a 1st home buyer ??
ОтветитьI have lived in Dallas my whole life but I move in a hearbeat if I could.
ОтветитьI grew up in Frisco in the 80s and 90s. It was great. Was such a big deal when we got our first stop light. Moved out in early 2000s when it absolutely exploded. Still live in the DFW area but it's getting crowded.
ОтветитьCongrats, looks like everyone is being convinced by AJ's great video to move up north. Hope y'all are loving the golf cart lifestyle.
ОтветитьCongratulations ❤❤ Very lovely home! Dallas area seems like the place to be these days!!
ОтветитьYou got the Hank Hill special on that house...and not a dime more
ОтветитьA cousin had to sell there duplex in austin over 17000 in property taxes
ОтветитьHouston is much bigger than dallas by a million and san antonio is bigger to. Phoenix os number 5 in the us. Dallas is not even in the top 10 anymore
ОтветитьI live in Central Indiana
ОтветитьSomebody needs to get serious about water reservior capactiy BEFORE there is not enough to go around. It is going to happen with the kind of population growth the State has. Same goes for electric grid capacity.
ОтветитьTexas getting WAY too crowded. The new CA and LA.
ОтветитьAny condos north of Frisco???
ОтветитьCongrats on the baby on the way! You have a beautiful home 😊 looking forward to more videos in North Dallas!
ОтветитьPeople leaving blue states for conservative values? Keep telling yourself that dude. The real reason is because corporations are moving to Texas for lower taxes and thus lower payroll costs. So if workers want to keep their jobs, they have to make the move. If it weren't for gerrymandering and voter suppression, Texas would already be a blue state. Get packed, cuz big changes are going to happen in Texas after 2028. Oh, there may not be state income taxes in Texas, but property taxes are killer. The workers get screwed, but corporations make out like bandits!
Ответить15 minutes into your relocation video turns into the FOX News channel with the typical right left blue red stuff, as if only one side wants to live where they can feel safe and prosper. The several thousand people considering a move to the DFW area understand what you really mean here, thanks👎
ОтветитьI don't care what realtor video I watch. Very little ever talks about retired people with their needs relocating to the DFW metroplex. Retired people DO have money to relocate.
ОтветитьCongrats Levi all around but especially the blessing of new life!! The best times are ahead my friend! 🎉
