I keep facing the single problem - players that I think are better on the team don't match the playing time on their contract. Sometimes an “important player” turns out to be some kind of empty-headed substitute. Take a look at the left-backs in Leeds:
Maximilan Wober, 24 years old, 3 stars, salary $195,000
Junior Firpo, 25 years old, 2.5 stars, salary $238,000
Firpo is “Regular a starter” (better option), Wober is a “Squad player” (worse option)
Situations in the game can be different, I even tried to make squad for each game according to the training rating, and not use the same one... the result is still the players' dissatisfaction with their playing time, and this dissatisfaction in 90% of cases is caused by the game, not by me. As in the case of Firpo, who, having a higher salary and worse statistics, wants to play under his contract for more time. What to do with such mad players???? Especially those who don't deserve anything. They always react very badly and begin to destroy the team from within.

I’ve just created same tactic with OM in France using assistant manager advise ie in possession In transition and out of possession. Obviously my player duties on the pitch differ from this tactic. What I want to know are all player instruction set to hardcoded so you can’t change them ? Say I wanted a player to hold up the ball but in his instructions it’s not there can you change it if so how.

I changed my wingers to attacking mids and its improved my mum tactic no end!! Thanks for the help

if you have narrow formation go wide ball play, if you have wide formation go cut inside play. dont turn on counterpress button if your team shaped in defensive or counter attack tactic, it will ruin your shape if opponent caught your ball in transition. play lower tempo or more calm approach if you want tiki taka, play higher tempo if you want fast break counter attack. tiki taka and counter press work best with much shorter passes, counter attack or defensive tactic work best with direct pass.
