Where Does the ENGINEER Hold All of his Items??? | Risk of Rain 2

Regarding the birthday theory, I found a a Forbes 30 under 30 article from January 2016 where the co-creators of Risk of Rain were listed and they were said to be 21 at the time. This means that either of them could have been born in 1994 or January of 1995 with the prior being more likely. I don't know which one of their birthdays it could be, but seeing that Paul Morse likely already has an item named after him (Paul's Goat Hoof) my guess would then be that it's Duncan Drummond's birthday on the card.
