Nice level, how come my Ring didn't come with one?

Have this not a good design, Gap between back plate and door bell which allows water to enter the usb charging point when windy also holes for retaining screws are plastic and are less than 2mm from the edge, door bell can be pulled off by hand with little effort. i used tape to seal it and put a metal bracket to protect it from theft.

Just ordered this, it didn’t come with a drill bit, or level. I also wanted to use the wired feature and it didn’t come with the jumper cable either. Now I have to spend my money printing a label to send this junk back.

I’m interested in the product but I have a dog that destroys things?

if it's not wired to anything, how does the sound work when someones at the door pushing the button?

I just bought and installed the Video Doorbell and the Spotlight Cam Pro,I want to undestand how to use the Video DoorBell.When there is somebody at the door and presses the button on the video doorbell will it show automatically on my phone or do I have to go into the phone to be able to do the two way converstaion with the person at the door.Number two,I also bought the chime pro for constant,stable and good internet connection and I plugged it midway between the router and the cameras but I still keep getting interrupted internet connection.
What else can I buy to make the internet connection stable uninterrupted.The night vision light for the video doorbell is natural but the zoom is not powerful enough,the night vision light for the spotlight cam pro is greenish and also the zoom is not powerful.These cameras are for security so it is not just to show that there was an event at a particular spot but importantly to ensure clarity to be able to see clearly what must have happened.The siren and speaker not loud enough,the light not bright enough.Ring should look into all these aspects for people to enjoy using their products.

Do you be mounting screws line up with a previous standard size doorbell? I’d prefer not to drill additional holes in my stucco

how do you charge the battery after you mount it on the wall?

I'm curious why the battery is part of the camera now instead of separate??? That is what was so great about the 1st gen...back up batteries that you just switch out, so that you never miss any security footage. Looks like this takes that away altogether if you have to charge the whole thing. How is that helpful?

Ring sucks, I just purchased an updated Ring Door Bell 7 weeks ago, the App was working perfect, I called Ring Customer Service she said lets refresh & uninstall the app and re install it, She failed to "FIRST" ask what version Android OS I had. Now I have no cell phone Ring app because the new App which people say sucks will not install on my phone nor can I get the version that installed no problem 2 months ago when I purchased the new Ring Door Bell on Amazon. And of course Ring could not give a Rats Azz less, I am Screwed. Ring Sucks. I am now going all Swann Enforcer 4K Camera Surveillance System & Door Bell they do not shut customers out. The fact this happened from Ring's poorly trained Rep is outrageous & I cannot get the prior App back. Ring has not helped at all.

Anybody can buy a Ring doorbell and obtain the necessary screwdriver to remove any Ring doorbell. Doesn't seem that secure from robbers.

How often does it have to be charged.

So, i'm trying to remove the back plate/mounting plate. It looks v easy on the video but mine is stuck tight and I'm concerned about damaging it if I force it. Bizarrely, the instructions that come up when I scan the QR code say absolutely nothing about this - really bad
