The story telling in this is amazing. The scene where he puts down the badge and has the flash back to his daughter only to go back and show him alone crying was powerful.

This got by me last week. Wasn't anywhere to be seen on the front page of steam I don't think. Still this is the sort of thing I'd usually know about , way before release.

Bruh first crowsworn being a blatant clone of hollow knight with a copy paste of blood borne architecture. Now this game as a blatant clone of katana zero. From the colour pallet to the art design, mysterious technology, horror aspect, dash mechanic clone with I frames number 9037472, camera angles, “soldier” as a main character I can go on and on and they even took the dream cutscenes and the little girl like wtf. Lemme guess the final boss is gonna be some amalgamation that I can’t comprehend… yeah it’s okay I’ll just wait for deltarune’s ending already played katana zero multiple times. I get katana zero is a great game and so is hollow knight but why is there SO MUCH COPYING it can’t be that hard to make something original. Getting some serious enchanted portals vibes, both cuphead and katana zero took years and now these types of game devs who can’t go above and beyond and have to stick with what’s safe. This games an L I’m going into game design and I promise I’ll make something original lmao.

Sorry but there are WAY too many 8 and 16 bit games. They look terrible and feel so half assed, 99% of these games look like whipped up over a weekend for a quick and cheap cash grab. It doesn't look like there is any love put into these games

There was a flash game on new grounds that was just like that...glad they picked up this concept and made a cool game...that spider game has a very similar mechanic too...
